Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australian residential and business addresses only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location, stock availability, and freight provider.
While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, we do not guarantee same-day dispatch or delivery unless explicitly stated.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide clear delivery instructions. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at info@mower.land or call 02 6332 2420 within 3 business days so we can investigate.
2. Click & Collect
If you’ve selected local pick-up or Click & Collect, we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock unless prior arrangements are made.

Process for Returns

We may require you to return the item to us before issuing a refund or replacement. Return postage may be at your expense unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Custom or special orders may not be returnable unless faulty.

Some items may be covered by additional manufacturer warranties. We’re happy to assist with warranty claims.
